Course Conditions "Turkish Language Lessons":
General course conditions about participation to language courses witch given by
Turkish Language Lessons.
Article 1: Registration
Request of a course for one year, the participant have to fill and send the
registration form. After receipt of the completed application form the
participant will receive a confirmation email with an offer.
Article 2: Course fees and course requirements
The course costs must be at least two weeks before the course to be paid on
account number which is in offer included. If the payment isn't made at time,
then "Lessons Turkish language" has the right to refuse to admission of the
participant to the course.
Article 3: Registration
When the agreed course costs is paid, than the registration is definitive. After
registration for a course requires the participant is not duty-bound on our site
to follow all lessons.
Article 4: Cancellation
Cancellations by participant must always be done by email. With the following
conditions:
If the participant cancel within 15 days after the start of the course, will
receive 50% of the total course fees back. The books, DVDs and materials remain
the property of the participant.
"Turkish Language Lessons" reserves the right for any reason to cancel a course.
In this case the course fee will be paid within 14 days of the participant's
account will be refunded.
Article 5: Obligation
The participant is in all cases responsible for the fulfillment of the
commitment, even if the payment is made by third parties or where the billing
address is different than home address. If necessary, we involve a debt
collection agency.
Article 6: Copyrights
All rights by the "Turkish Language Lessons provided course materials and
documentation provided by "Turkish Language Lessons." Without written permission
from the author is not allowed to the course material and the documentation in
several processes form to publish or to reproduce or use for courses witch not
by "Turkish Language Lessons" are provided.
Article 7: Liability.
A participation to a course is own risk of the participant. "Turkish Language
Lessons" is not liable for damages to the student or the property of the student.
Article 8: Complaints
Any complaints must be sent by e-mail to "Turkish Language Lessons" and will be
discussed and answered.
Article 9: Money back guarantee
If the participant thinks during the course that this course will not meet
his/her expectations, then the participant has to return the course materials
within 3 days. The participant from the Netherlands will receive the remitted
amount within 14 days returned to his account minus € 30.00 administration fee.
The participant from other countries gets minus € 50.00. The only condition is
the participant must have a good reason why the course is not to his/her
expectations.
Article 10: Applicable law
Any agreement between the "Turkish Language Lessons" and the participant is
Dutch and International laws are valid.
